Spring in Full Bloom: Want to Be Our Tester?
Plus a little update on winter softness
Hello lovely people <3
We hope summer has treated you well! Now September is here: work, school, and routines are back — and so are we (hopefully the nicest comeback of the list).
We have some updates! Our last newsletter was all about our winter piece (and don’t worry, we still have more to share there), but let’s not forget our first baby: the spring piece.
Last time, we left you with some pics of one of our final prototypes — but now we have the full sample set!
We’ve made 13 pieces in total, designed to embrace a wide range of bodies thanks to our thoughtful cuts and adjustable backs.
The next step? Making sure they feel as good as they look — and that’s where we would need your help.
Our goal is to give you a product that feels great on your skin and brings a little joy to your day. That’s why your feedback means the world to us.
Do you want to help your dreamy girls at Carnelia? Check out the form below and apply to be one of our testers!
(DISCLAIMER: for practical reason, we’ll be able to pick only people based in Copenhagen)
Now, back to the winter piece:
You’ve seen Naja cutting and sewing the very first prototype, and guess what — it’s almost finished, and looking super cute.
It’s still a bit rough, and some details will change — like the bra slider, which will be more delicate and better integrated into the design to ensure top-tier comfort — but we’re pretty proud of how it turned out (and of our super skilled Naja!).
For our first piece, we had support from our manufacturer with the more technical bits, but, this time around, we decided to have a bit more fun and take care of everything — from sourcing the fabric, to creating the pattern, to sewing it all together.
It definitely meant a few more trials and errors, but we felt ready to own every step of the creative process.
That’s all from us for now!
Don’t forget to fill out the form if you’re in Copenhagen and want to be part of Carnelia’s journey.
See you in the next update :)
